MIAMI (AP) – Restricted free agent running back C.J. Anderson on Thursday visited the Miami Dolphins, who need a replacement for Lamar Miller.
The visit was Anderson’s first in free agency, making it a small victory for the Dolphins because he’s being courted by other teams.
A three-year veteran, Anderson rushed for 720 yards last year for the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos. They would have five days to match any offer from the Dolphins.
