DENVER (CBS4)– State Rep. Dan Pabon made a brief appearance in the House chambers at the state Capitol on Monday after his arrest for investigation of DUI.Police in Denver pulled over Pabon, 38, at Colfax Avenue and Glenarm on Thursday night. He was also cited for an improper turn and a license plate issue.
