Rep. Dan Pabon Arrested For Investigation Of DUI

By Brian MaassDENVER (CBS4)– CBS4 has learned that Colorado State Representative Dan Pabon was arrested for investigation of DUI on Thursday night.
Police in Denver pulled over Pabon, 38, at Colfax Avenue and Glenarm on Thursday night. He was also cited for an improper turn and a license plate issue.
