Reality Check: 6th Congressional District

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– One of the most competitive races in the country is Colorado’s 6th Congressional District which encompasses parts of Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties.
Republican Incumbent Mike Coffman is seeking a fifth term. His challenger, Democrat Morgan Carroll, has served 12 years in the state legislature and works as a personal injury attorney.
Coffman claims she’s used her position as a lawmaker to pass bills that benefit her as a trial attorney.
