Rapids Drop 2nd In Row, Fall To Revolution 2-0

FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) – Juan Agudelo and Chris Tierney scored and the New England Revolution beat the Colorado Rapids 2-0 on Saturday night to end a six-game winless streak.
The Revolution (7-12-9) had been shutout four straight times.
Agudelo opened the scoring – and ended New England’s scoring drought – in the 12th minute. Lee Nguyen, on the right side of the box, dropped a header to a streaking Gershon Koffie who tapped it to Agudelo for the finish off the far post.
