Quiet Community Concerned After Peeping Tom Arrest

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) – Arvada police have arrested a 36-year-old man they believe to be a peeping tom in a quiet neighborhood, but conflicting reports are coming in from the community about the situation.
Confused residents near the 17000 block of West 87th Avenue aren’t sure what to believe after learning one of their neighbors, Garrett Brown, is accused of being a peeping tom.
