Punxsutawney Phil Does Not See His Shadow As Winter Slams Colorado

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (AP/CBS4) – The handlers of Pennsylvania’s most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, say the furry rodent has failed to see his shadow, meaning means he’s “predicted” an early spring.
Meanwhile, much of the state of Colorado was placed under winter weather warnings Monday, and a foot or more of snow fell in much of the Denver metro area by Tuesday morning.
