Police Shoot, Wound Person Outside Arby’s

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police shot and injured a person near a fast food restaurant in Colorado Springs overnight.

The shooting happened outside an Arby’s near the intersection of Garden of the Gods Road and Interstate 25.
Officers said they were checking out reports of a suspicious person, and the shots were fired after some type of confrontation.
The identity of the person who was shot hasn’t been released.
