Police Send Warning, Share Videos That Show Car Thieves In Action

DENVER (CBS4) – According to insurance experts, the rate of car break-ins and thefts has increased 30 percent in Colorado.

With the holiday shopping season set to start on Black Friday, some say the number of thefts could increase.
“We are seeing auto theft go up in Colorado,” said Carole Walker, co-chair of Coloradans Against Auto Theft. “Unfortunately, on the top of all the thief’s holiday wish list is your vehicle.”
