FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A former volunteer with a youth hockey program faces charges after police say he confessed to inappropriately touching a boy.
Andrew Todd Vanderwal, 26, volunteered with the youth hockey program at the NoCo Ice Center in Windsor but the incidents took place at his home.
