Police: Motorcyclist Speeding Before Crash

DENVER (CBS4)– Police in Denver say a motorcyclist was speeding before he lost control and was thrown from his bike. The accident tied up traffic during the Friday morning commute.
After the motorcyclist was thrown from the bike, another driver struck him. He was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries. Copter4 flew over the crash at I-70 and Quebec (credit: CBS)
The crash closed westbound lanes of Interstate 70 from Quebec to Monaco for more than an hour on Friday morning.
