Police Link Shootings, Concerns Grow Among Residents

Police in Windsor urged the community of northern Colorado to be vigilant after investigators linked the deadly shooting of a bicyclist on a rural road to another shooting just a few miles away along Interstate 25 that left a woman with a bullet wound to her neck.
