Police: Driver High, Crashed Into Home

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– Police in Fort Collins believe a driver was high on drugs when he crashed into the side of a home on Sunday.The crash happened on Sunday morning at a home on East Prospect Drive.Police say Thomas Collins drove through the side wall of the garage and into the living room.
