Police Dog Bites Handler, Causing Serious Injuries

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – A Lakewood police K9 handler is back at work after being badly bitten by a Lakewood police dog during a training exercise.
CBS4 learned that the police dog, named Finn, bit Lakewood Police Agent Patrick Lone during the training exercise on Aug. 18. After the bite, Lone was off work for roughly a month recuperating from the dog bite injuries.
