Planned Parenthood Gunman Not Competent To Stand Trial

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – A judge ruled Wednesday that the man who acknowledged killing three people at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic is not mentally competent to continue with his criminal case.
Judge Gilbert Martinez made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon.

Dear has been charged with murder, attempted murder and other counts in the Nov. 27 shootings at the Colorado Springs clinic. Nine people were injured.
