Pedestrian Killed By Car While Lying In Drive-Thru Entrance

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – One man is dead after an accident with a vehicle in a restaurant’s parking lot Sunday night.
Aurora Police responded to the Taco Mex Restaurant on East Colfax Avenue at Joliet Street at 9:40 p.m. A witness who was sitting in the drive-thru lane of Taco Mex described a 50-year-old Hispanic man walking westbound along Colfax who appeared to be very intoxicated.
He reached the corner of the two streets and fell down in the grass, but the sprinklers were on so
