Paxton Lynch Throws For Second-Most Completions in Broncos Debut

DENVER (CBS4) – Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch nearly tied and broke a team record in Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
Of quarterbacks who made their professional starting debut with the Broncos, Lynch completed more passes than any previous player.

Brian Griese is the only Broncos quarterback to complete more passes in his debut, when he connected on 24 passes against the Miami Dolphins on Sept. 13, 1999.
