Parking Enforcement Officers Are Good Guys In Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The City of Boulder is encouraging people to shop local with some free parking promotions.
Parking enforcement officers are randomly handing out coupons for three hours of free on-street parking near the Pearl Street Mall and University Hill through Christmas Eve.
“Gave us free three hour parking because it’s free shopping day, or because … you’re a nice guy,” said Kenny Lynch, who was visiting Boulder.
