Paramedics Credit Training In Saving Officer’s Life After Shooting

DENVER (CBS4)– The paramedics took only 11 minutes from the time they arrived on scene and found Denver Police Officer Antonio Lopez Jr. with gunshot wounds to the time he was handed over to the surgeon for life-saving surgery.
The paramedics first to arrive to help Lopez talked about how they worked quickly to save his life on Tuesday afternoon. They credit training with what helped save his life.
