Pappa’s Late Goal Gives Rapids 2-1 Win Over Fire

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) – Marco Pappa scored in the 89th minute to give the MLS-leading Colorado Rapids a 2-1 victory over the Chicago Fire on Saturday night.
Pappa entered late as a substitute for Dillon Powers and scored on a left-footed shot that deflected off defender Jonathan Campbell.
