Panel backs Boulder plan to re-purpose some vehicle lanes for bikes

Boulder residents on all sides of the city's so-called "right-sizing" proposal weighed inon controversial plansto remove vehicle lanes from certain highly trafficked streets in town to make room for wider bike lanes.
