Oxygen Tank & Cigarette May Have Sparked Apartment Fire

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) – A 70-year-old man is in the intensive care unit after his high rise apartment in Greeley caught fire Wednesday afternoon.
Flames were contained to the one unit and investigators believe the fire started when the man was smoking while using an oxygen tank.
He is being treated for burns to his upper body. No one else was hurt.
