Outraged Mom Says She Couldn’t Catch Kidnap Attempt Suspect

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – The mother of a boy who was grabbed in an apparent kidnapping attempt in northern Colorado earlier this week says she was outraged by what happened.
“I was about to step out of my character to help God beat the evil out of this guy,” said Lisa Carlson Ortiz, referring to Tuesday’s incident.
