Northeast Denver I-70 financing plan approved; transparency bill dies

The same day state road officials approved a public-private financing plan for the for the $1.8 billion reworking of Interstate 70 in northeast Denver, a bill adding more oversight over such deals was killed in the Colorado legislature.
