North Dakota Beats Colorado College 5-1

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) – For the second straight night, North Dakota took a four-goal lead on Colorado College in a National Collegiate Hockey Conference game. This time, there was no comeback.
One night after blowing a 4-0 lead in a 5-5 tie with the Tigers, second-ranked UND coasted to a workmanlike 5-1 win over the Tigers on Saturday.
“There was an urgency,” UND coach Brad Berry said. “We wanted to make sure we did it for 60 minutes, not just 20 minutes.”
