Noodles & Co. to shutter 16 restaurants after missing earnings target

Broomfield-based Noodles & Company plans to shutter 16 company-owned stores by the end of the year in a cost-saving move that represents the largest number of closures the fast-casual chain hasmade during a single quarter.
