New Development In Douglas County Will Soon Offer 800 Homes

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Builders are rushing to keep up with the demand for new homes in the Denver metro area and preparation work is underway for construction of a new community in Douglas County.
The new development is located west of Santa Fe Drive between Chatfield Reservoir and Roxborough Park.
“Sterling Ranch is about the nature of your day and the nature of your surroundings,” said Jim Yates, president of the Sterling Ranch development.
