Neighbors File Injunction To Stop C-470 Expansion

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4) – A neighborhood coalition in Highlands Ranch has filed an injunction to stop the expansion of C-470.On Friday, a federal judge agreed to hear those arguments at a later date.The neighbors major complaint is noise.
