Nebraska Man Charged In Deadly 5-Car Pileup On I-76

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)– Police in Brighton arrested a man believed to have started a chain of accidents on Interstate 76 that left one person dead.
Conner Maurer of Minatare, Neb. has been charged with careless driving causing death. Maurer, 22, remains in custody at the Adams County Detention Facility.About 4:30 p.m. Monday, police were called to reports of a semi which was unable to continue under the Bridge Street overpass and became lodged underneath which caused eastbound traffic to s
