Natural grocer to anchor mixed-use development in Edgewater

An Atlanta-baseddeveloper has big plans for the last significant parcel of vacant land inEdgewater:Trinity Development representatives say they're in the home stretch of negotiations with an undisclosed natural grocer that will anchor 6.7 acresof mixed-use property at 20th Avenue and Depew Street.
