Murder Suspect Extradited From Mexico Appears In Court

DENVER (CBS4)– A man who was extradited from Mexico to face charges in a murder that happened five years ago appeared in court on Wednesday.
A judge in Adams County formally advised Javier Aguirre of two counts of first-degree murder as well as robbery charges.

Aguirre, 35,is accused of stabbing Lyndsay Pham to death in March 2010 in her office at an apartment complex.
