Murder Suspect Changes Plea To Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity

DENVER (CBS4)– The man accused of murdering his wife after eating marijuana edibles has changed his plea to not guilty by reason of insanity.
Richard Kirk appeared in court on Friday morning where the plea was changed from not guilty to not guilty by reason of insanity in the shooting death of his wife.
