(CBS4)– The man police believe shot and killed another man on Christmas night has been arrested.Police in Aurora arrested Phi Pham for suspicion of first-degree murder.Investigators believe Pham, 33, responsible for shooting a man in the chest inside a home in the 20000 block of East Dartmouth Drive on Christmas night.
