More Heavy Weather Possible to End the Week

DENVER (CBS4) – A cold front that pushed through the state on Thursday only dropped the Denver high temperature by 5 degrees over Wednesday’s 84: we reached 79 officially at the airport and 78 downtown. But it did spawn some heavy storms well out on the eastern plains. Hail, gusty winds, plenty of rain and lightning as well as a few tornadoes were all the result of the storm activity.
