Misuse of Commons Park prompts Denver conversation about changes

The signature hill in downtown Denver's Commons Park was flush with small American flags on the evening of Sept. 11, 2001. But 14 years later, it's often been littered with marijuana smokers and transients and has been fenced off. Now it's even referred to as Stoner Hill on Google Maps.
