Mission Running Low On Turkey Donations For Upcoming Holiday

DENVER (CBS4)– Time is running out to donate turkeys to the Denver Rescue Mission for less fortunate families this holiday season.
The mission is about 6,500 turkeys short of their goal of 15,000 turkeys.
Volunteers plan to deliver turkeys and serve holiday meals across Denver and Fort Collins next week.
Donations can be dropped off at Mike Ward Infiniti in Highlands Ranch through Nov. 22 or at the Lawrence Street Shelter located at Park Avenue West and Lawrence Street from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m
