MINTURN, Colo. (CBS4) – The Town of Minturn won the 2015 Cintas’ Best Restroom Contest on Tuesday.
America decided Minturn’s outdoor public restrooms, resembling the entrance to a Rocky Mountain mine shaft, are the best in the country.
The restroom was created with the idea of functional art: a creative design that can be utilized by the community.
