Metro Taxi President: ‘We Will Not Rest Until Darren’s Killer Is Caught’

DENVER (CBS4) – A resident of Denver’s Green Valley Ranch thought someone had accidentally driven into a trash can sometime after 4 a.m. Saturday. What he did not know is someone had shot and killed a cab driver.
Darren Bloomquist, 49, was killed. Metro Taxi’s president, Robert McBride, issued a statement saying, “We will not rest until Darren’s killer is caught.”
Bloomquist’s cab was discovered by neighbors after it crashed into a parked SUV. Police wer
