DENVER (CBS4)– Denver has a vibrant theater community and the city wants to turn the Denver Performing Arts Complex into a mecca for residents and students.Denver Mayor Michael Hancock joined a team of more than 30 people to present their vision to revitalize the arts center to keep up with the changing community.The current campus was built in the 70s.
