Man Who Claimed ‘Make My Day Law’ Indicted On Murder Charges

IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – The man who claimed “Make My Day” law during the fatal shooting of an Idaho Springs man was indicted Thursday on second degree murder charges, CBS4 has learned.
The mountain town of Idaho Springs has been divided after the death of a well-known resident. Eric Spencer was shot and killed in April.
