GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4)– A man who beat another man with a flashlight so severely he was left in a coma and then died, has been found guilty of felony murder.
After the week-long trial, the jury delivered the guilty verdict for Charlie Brammeier on Tuesday for first-degree murder, burglary, aggravated robbery and aggravated motor vehicle theft.
