Man Struck By Light Rail, Seriously Injured

DENVER (CBS4)– A man was seriously injured when he was struck by a light rail train in downtown Denver on Friday evening.
The man was struck by a train on the D Line on California between 15th and 16th just after 6 p.m. Friday.

He was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
It is unclear how the man came to be in the path of the train.

There were delays on the D, F and H Lines for about an hour after the accident.
