Man Shot, Killed By Police Identified

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)– The man shot and killed by a Westminster police officer on Tuesday has been identified. The Adams County Coroner said the man has been identified as Thomas Tucker.
Police said Tucker, 49, had a weapon, was wanted for assault and robbery, and was running away from officers when he was shot.
