Man Shot By Officers In Boulder Dies

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A man shot by police after they say he was shooting into Boulder Creek has died.
The incident happened on Sunday near the bridge over Broadway in the city’s Central Park.
Emergency calls first came in at 2:15 p.m. about a man with a gun under the bridge shooting into the water. Two officers who responded to the scene said the man pointed a gun at them.
Both officers then fired a shot or shots at the man, who was taken to the hospital and later died.
