Man shoots self in head on I-25, kidnapping victim in car

Police responding to what was initially reported as a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 25 Tuesday afternoon instead found a man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and a woman who was believed have been the victim of a kidnapping.
