Man Sentenced To Life In Prison For Killing Sudanese Immigrant

DENVER (CBS4)– A man will spend the rest of his life behind bars for killing a Sudanese immigrant nearly five years ago.
A jury found Devon Grant-Washington guilty of first-degree murder on Thursday. A judge immediately sentenced the 23-year-old to life in prison plus 102 years.Youn Malual was found shot in the head outside his apartment complex in December 2011. Police say he was mistaken for the intended victim, who also lived there.
