Man In 3-Hour Standoff Attempts ‘Suicide By Cop’ In Summit County

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A man allegedly attempting “suicide by cop” in Summit County on Friday was taken into custody following a three-hour standoff.
According to Taneil Ilano with the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and officers from Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon responded to a domestic dispute and suicidal party at approximately 2 a.m. in the Dillon Valley Subdivision.
