Man Found Dead In Home After SWAT Situation

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Roads are back open and a overnight SWAT situation is over after a man was found dead in a home in Arapahoe County.
On Monday morning an Arapahoe County Sheriff’s SWAT teams entered a home on the 20400 block of East Hampden Place and found the man inside.
The standoff started Sunday night when deputies who were doing a welfare check at the home were fired upon. Several roads were closed in the area during the standoff, and some nearby homes were evacuated.
