Man Fights Towing Company And Wins

DENVER (CBS4)– By the time Dustin McIntyre heard his car alarm going off early Friday morning, he realized a tow truck was already pulling away his vehicle.
Dustin quickly realized he wasn’t alone in being towed. CBS4 has confirmed the towing company admits they made a mistake.
Wyatt Towing employees told CBS4 they did not charge three residents from the Village at Gateway apartment complex involved in the towing issues overnight Thursday into Friday.
