Man Charged With Murder In Double Shooting

DENVER (CBS4)– Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has formally charged a man in connection with a double shooting outside an apartment building last week. Two people were shot and one man was killed.Officers rushed to reports of a shooting about 11:11 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 13800 block of Albrook Drive. When police arrived they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
The juvenile female victim and an adult male victim were rushed to the hospital. Themale died a short time later
